Live timecode captured via Deity Connect wireless camera hops directly from the sound mixer's feed, with scene tracking, script supervisor notes, and continuity annotations logged in real time using Tentacle Sync Studio — all embedded into clip metadata before the session ends. A stereo mix from the sound mixer's main output is captured simultaneously with timecode for post-house reference and immediate deliverable asset generation (dailies and proxies). This mix is reference only and replaced once the sound mixer hands over cards at end of day — files are then dumped and pushed to the post-house with accurate metadata notes synced.

Hardware encoded stream setup tailored to the event. Includes Blackmagic Web Presenter 4K for hardware encoding direct to platform with custom stream keys for multi-destination output. OBS Studio available as a software encoding alternative for flexibility across platforms and scenes.
